Amercare’s cost effective high-security products keep both inmates and security personnel safe. Since institutions have different needs, because of the sizes of their populations and various security levels, Amercare Products offers custom hygiene/admission kits tailored to their government client’s requirements. From skin care to dental care, Amercare Products sells a full line of personal care solutions. As Amercare Products deals entirely with the government, they require a straightforward bidding and quoting process.
Because of the competitive government bidding process, Amercare products required a new website that distinguished them from their competition. Baytech’s central challenge was to streamline several hundred of their products into an easy to view and bid on catalog. As most of their competition already moved to an online bidding and quoting process, Amercare contracted Baytech to modernize their entire sales management pipeline by building a robust ecommerce website.

Since Baytech specializes in ecommerce websites that promote specific brands and services, our team quickly developed solutions to meet Amercare’s needs. Our team built an ecommerce catalog website with the ability to request quotes from Amercare’s product catalog. Because of Amercare’s large product inventory, we organized their product catalog into eight easy to view categories. Additionally, our team created “Send Quote Request” and “My Quote” functionality. With these two buttons, government institutions can quickly assess the price points that Amercare offers. To complement our new quoting system, our team developed a new product skew system.
Not long after we delivered Americare their new enterprise website, the company decreased call volume by 10%. Customers can now search products by entering specific skew numbers or by selecting the product category. Once a government agency decides to place a bid, Amercare now possesses a custom billing solution that manages and tracks all bids and quotes.
