Responsibilities:
- Manage one or more projects with varying levels of risk and complexity that span multiple Fiscal Years.
- Communicate internally with development team and externally with clients.
- Ensure project completion within prescribed timelines.
- Establish project scope, schedule milestones, work packages, and work breakdown structure for web Project.
- Review designer and developer's work and provide status reports for projects.
- Develop project cost estimates and compare to actual project cost information.
- Provide budget variance explanations and insure billing is correct for customer projects.
- Define financial, time, and safety risks that could affect the project.
- Organize and hold kick-off and project status meetings.
- Inform project team members of changes in the project scope
- Resolve possible conflicts among team members and insure that proper resources have been allocated by work package managers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Digital Media, Computer Science, Business or a related field
- At least 2 years of progressive experience in a project management environment for senior project manager position.
