Objective

Our goal here was to create a complete web presence that would allow realtors and home owners to easily navigate Openhouseguides.com which helps buyers find their dream home by providing a virtual "open house" experience.  The target was a national customer base.

Background

Openhouseguide.com needed to convey the following message to home owners and real estate agents: find your dream house through an online version of a weekend "open house". Before openhouseguide.com emerged, there were no functional internet sources that effectively provided such information. The end-goal here was to create a brand reputation for Openhouseguide.com as the most user-friendly portal for real estate listing research. 

Strategy

Openhouseguide.com wanted us to help determine how best to enable quick access to relevant housing information. The focus would not only feature open-house inventories, but also the type of unique real estate solutions openhouseguide.com provided.  Baytech proposed a three-level user access to meet the needs of homeowners, realtors, and prospective buyers alike.

Solution

We created a uniform set of design guidelines whereby each user could quickly identify their functions and easily enter or exchange information. This would motivate both realtors and home owners to post listings. The additional benefit would be that potential buyers could easily research and identify their ideal upcoming home purchase. 

Results

The site helped benefit thousands of users by expediting the exhausting process of finding the right home.  Users found the site easily navigable and relevant to their interests. The three-level user access system successfully integrated the needs of buyers to those of sellers and realtors.
