Open house guide

Objective

Our goal here was to create a complete web presence that would allow realtors and home owners to easily navigate the site, containing home and property listing information. The prospective customer base was targeted as nationwide. 

Background

Openhouseguide.com needed to convey a new message to home owners and real estate agents: finding their dream house through weekend "open-house", set in an online context. Before openhouseguide.com emerged, there were no functional internet sources that effectively provided such information. The launch of openhouseguide.com was designed to fit the market demand and provide such opportunities.

Strategy

We set up a dialog with Openhouseguilde.com to determine how best to cater to the needs of their targeted customers. The end-goal would be to enable users to quickly locate information. The focus would not only feature open-house inventories, but also the type of unique real estate solutions openhouseguide.com would provide.  Baytech proposed a 3-level user access to meet the needs of Home Owners, Realtors, and Prospective Buyers alike.

Solution

We created a uniform set of design guidelines whereby each user could quickly identify their needs and easily enter or exchange information. This would motivate both Realtors and home owners to post listings. The additional benefit would be that potential buyers would more easily be able to research and identify their ideal upcoming home purchase. 

Results

The site was designed to benefit thousand of users by expediting the exhausting process of finding the right home, at the right price, to purchase.  The end-goal here was to create a footprint and reputation for Openhouseguide.com as the most functional and user-friendly portal for real estate listing research.

Cool Clubs

Objective

Our goal was to create a complete web presence for Cool Club that promotes custom fitted golf clubs, generating brand awareness while educating potential customers about the benefits of custom-made golf equipment.

Background

Cool Clubs is headquartered in a new, approximately 10,000 square foot facility that offers private fitting bays, putter fitting studios and a full service production workshop. Serious golfers know the quickest most effective path to a better game is having access to the right equipment. Having the highest quality clubs, custom fit to naturally match any player's unique swing characteristics.

Strategy

To meet this challenge, Baytech focused on emphasizing the value of custom fit golf clubs targeting a select group of golfers, manufacturing sponsors and fans nationwide. To attract a diverse array of golfers, we will deliver an exceptionally tailor-made web site to professional as well as serious amateur golfers attracting sponsors to place ads and to deliver a valuable message to anyone with the desire to learn the advantages high-end tailor-made golf clubs.

Solution

We will implement full-size engaging flash-banners to represent the retail store, while keeping a list of brand manufacturers' names in ticker motion at the bottom of the site. Building a simple and easy to browse site delivering a key message to all three levels of users: "You will improve your game, the same way professional golfers have been improving their game for years – with custom fit golf clubs from Cool Clubs, the premier custom club fitting company in the business."

Results

Baytech succeeded in creating awareness for Cool Clubs generating excitement among the manufacturing sponsors, professional golf players and fans. Consequently, creating opportunity for the company to generate enormous business.

Avistar.com

Objective:

The goal was to create a website to promote Avistar desktop video and hosted video service and at the same time to facilitate communications between Avistar's partners, clients and internal staff. 

Background:

Despite the various communication products currently on the market, Avistar's product is simple, portable, powerful and has proved itself far superior when compared to it's competitors. Avistar partners with fortune 100 companies to deliver the best communication solutions for business users exponentially increasing it's market share globally and giving businesses a new world of innovative service and products.

Strategy:

Our strategy is to create an online space for Avistar users that would highlight the benefits of global communication. A site where Avistar audiences will immediately understand Avistar communication solutions in a way they would ideally want to utilize them.  The site will focus on an easy learning experience regarding Avistar featured products and services, supporting documents and other relevant training programs.

Solution:

Baytech built a flash demo with the ability to load in less than one minute in order to bring Avistar brand awareness and attain user engagement and entice them to consider Avistar's products and services.  A multi-tier product management system, smart document management, file support management and complex user tier management system were built to fulfill admin control. Third party integration was implemented to ensure site consistency, add real-time stock information and provide detailed investor information. The system was comprehensively built to support the Avistar Marketing Department easily and quickly populate, edit and delete data and content at will.  

Results:

The Baytech team met the timeframes and surpassed client expectations with a creative implementation that resulted in a highly visible and functional online experience.  Additionally, Baytech produced an experience that is congruent with the Avistar brand, extends Avistar presence in the communication space, all the while creating an immediate impact for Avistar upon release saving the company time, money and effort in regards to marketing communications.
