Objective
Our goal was to drive more targeted, qualified traffic to Valetorganizers.com via PPC. We specifically targeted SF Bay Area homeowners to spread awareness about this high quality full service.
Background
Valet Organizers designs, manufactures and installs custom organizational furniture for the home that is as practical and efficient as it is elegant. Valet Organizers approached Baytech because its existing PPC efforts were not meeting expectations.
Strategy
Baytech immediately diagnosed the main problems with the existing Google AdWords campaign setup. We specifically noticed that their setup paid no attention to which networks ads were being delivered. This problem diluted their efforts and drained resources. Also, Baytech recognized that the keywords were not always relevant or highly focused, and suggested they conduct new keyword research.
Solution
Baytech fixed all the campaigns to deliver ads strictly to Bay Area searchers on Google. We believed it would lower unqualified traffic, drive higher click-through rates, and possibly increase conversions. Next, we implemented our Keyword Audit™ process and targeted a handful of "money-making" keywords. Then we updated the campaigns to include the new keywords and monitored their individual progress every day. We used our knowledge of user behavior and traffic analysis to filter out lower performing keywords in favor of the best ones, and we also added improved keywords.
Results
In just one month, Valet Organizers saw the rate (CTR), a key performance indicator, increase 19%. The conversion rate of clicks to actions went up by 44 percent, and cost per conversion went down 29% as total cost went down 13%. Baytech continues to monitor the account and make timely adjustments as needed.
